The Kant-Garagen, built in 1929-30 by Richard Paulick, Louis Serlin and Hermann Zweigenthal et al., belong to the first multi-story parking garages, that have two separate ramps for driving up to the parking spots and driving down to the exit.
The office building Bismarckstraße by Martin Punitzer makes it’s mark particularly with the window bands and it’s ceramic cladding. Zweigenthal and Punitzer are amongst the German jewish architects, who had to leave their native country and had to emigrate.
